Meet Ben Goodman
Ben began dancing at age five and developed his breaking through Chicago-area crews and The Breaking Program. He later performed for three seasons with the Indiana Pacers Hype Crew, including major NBA events.
As an instructor, Ben combines technique with movement preparation—strengthening, conditioning and stretching—so students learn not only what a move looks like, but how to build it safely and creatively.
